～Please show the original birth certificate and pay the application fee of $40

(The application fee will not be refunded)

～Our school doesn’t have limitation in distributing the application form.

～ The places will not be given to the first-come-first-serve basis.

** Parents are welcomed to bring their children when obtaining and returning the application form but it’s not necessary.

1.Copy of child’s birth certificate

2.Two recent photos of the child

3.One HK$2.2 stamped, self-addressed envelope (rectangular envelope, 4” x 9”) with the return address and child’s name written on it.

**Application will be rejected if the application is incomplete and/or any required documents is not submitted.

～Parents, after downloading the application form, print it out with white A4 paper on one side (2 pages in total)

~ From 3-10-2024 to 10-10- 2024, submit the following documents and pay the application fee of $40 at school.

1.Completed application form

2.Original and Copy of child’s birth certificate

3. Two recent photos of the child
4. One HK$2.2 stamped, self-addressed envelope (rectangular envelope, 4” x 9”) with the return address and child’s name written on it

* When interviewing NCS children, interpretation and/or translation service for applicants will be provided where necessary; or parents and children are allowed to be accompanied by a Chinese speaking relative/friend to facilitate communication.

~The admission result will be release on the school wesite or posted at the main gate of the school.

~Parents will receive letter with interview result.

January 2, 2025 (Thursday)

to

January 4, 2025 (Saturday)

~The successful applicants may come to school to complete registration, please submit the following documents:

1.The original copy of “2025/26 Registration Certificate for KG admission” and the letter with interview result.

2.Registration fee (half-day class: HK$970 / full-day class: HK$1500)

*Please bring enough amount of cash to pay the registration fee.

*If parents decided to give up the place, please be noted that the registration fee will not be refunded.

3.The school will inform the parents by call or letters. The parent need to come to school to complete the registration process on the specified date, and must submit the original “2025/2026 Registration Certificate” and pay the registration fee.

4.Parents please note that if they fail to submit valid registration documents on the designated registration date, the school may not be able to complete the procedures , parents must apply for the relevant registration certificate to the Education Bureau within the designated date.

5. If parents decided to withdraw their application, please inform the school in writing; the school will return the relevant registration certificate, but the registration fee will not be refunded; after the registration certificate is returned, the school will not reserve a place for the child .

6.If the admitted student concerned studies in the school, the registration fee paid will be refunded at the end of September.
